GENERAL RETURN POLICY


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or refund to you. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Please contact our customer services at official@atomstack.com for return or exchange approval, and the product-related return address and a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (RMA) form. Items returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA form will not be processed.

CONDITIONS

If you receive a product that is defective or malfunctionin, you can contact customer service to receive the defective parts free of charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can return or exchange the product for free. If you receive the wrong item with your order, you can also return or exchange it free of charge.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item for your own reason, you will be responsible for the costs of the shipping fee to and from our warehouses. 
Additionally, a 5% deduction will be applied for inspecting the product's condition and the cost of restocking when the product is not used, and 30% if the product has been took out of package and used.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped due to personal reasons, a certain payment processing fee will be deducted (2.5% ~ 6% for the United States, 3.5% ~ 6% for Europe & other countries. The specific ratio depends on the payment channel you use). It is important to note that these fees are deducted by the payment channel at the time of successful ordering and do not enter our account.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchased item(s) was delivered to you. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase within 2 - 7 business days after returning has been processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different product in the same product line (laser engraver, accessory), provided that such product is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you are exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will refund you with the difference.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, Two times. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
Note: Refurbished products aren't allowed to be returned and exchanged.
